We ensure that your puppy will have all vaccinations up to date, at the time of purchase. It is important that you keep your puppy vaccinated, and have your vet examine your puppy within 72hrs of receiving your puppy. If you choose not to do this our guarantee is VOID. If your puppy has a genetic life threatening illness (ex: heart, liver, kidney failure), we will replace the puppy within twelve months. The puppy will be replaced with a puppy of our choice that is the same breed. We Do Not give cash refunds. Puppies are extremely susceptible to infections due to cool drafts. Another susceptibility of puppies and small dogs is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) this can be brought on by a number of reasons such as not eating properly or frequently enough, playing too hard, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much. Puppies are also susceptible to worms and ear mites. Every preventable effort has been made by Prairie Lane Kennels, (worming, shots and ear cleanings) to guard against these problems but you should be alert for them possibly occurring. These conditions are all treatable and do not warrant an exchange of puppy. Do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations, (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease. If there is a problem with you puppy, we require a veterinarians certificate detailing the health problems. Our health guarantee extends one year from the date of sale. Our health guarantee is only valid to the original owner of the puppy and all vaccinations must be shown to be up to date. All vet and shipping charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, or from anger or abuse. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AGAINST NEGLIGENCE….. OR ACCIDENTAL INJURY OR DEATH. |
